研究目的：

评估自拟中药漱口水治疗免疫相关复发性口腔溃疡的临床有效性以及安全性，如对溃疡愈合、疼痛缓解以及复发率等方面的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to assess the clinical efficacy and safety of self-prepared Chinese herbal mouthwash in the treatment of immune-related recurrent oral ulcers, such as the effects on ulcer healing, pain relief, and recurrence rate.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.其他非免疫相关性原因引起的口腔溃疡，如药物性口腔溃疡、创伤性口腔溃疡等； b.口腔癌或其他恶性肿瘤引起的口腔溃疡； c.孕妇、哺乳期妇女、糖尿病患者、患有严重心肝肾功能不全、精神病患者或认知障碍者、对研究药物已知成份过敏或过敏体质者、怀疑或确认有酒精成瘾、药物滥用史者或其他严重疾病的患者； d.筛选前30天内参加过其他临床研究者； e.无法配合研究或不愿签署知情同意书的患者

Exclusion criteria：

a. oral ulcers caused by other non-immune-related causes, such as drug-induced oral ulcers, traumatic oral ulcers, etc.; b. oral ulcers caused by oral cancer or other malignant tumors; c. pregnant women, lactating women, diabetic patients, patients with severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency, mental illness or cognitive impairment, patients with allergies or allergies to the known ingredients of the study drug, patients with suspected or confirmed alcohol addiction, drug abuse history or other serious diseases; d.those who have participated in other clinical studies within 30 days before screening; e.patients who are unable to cooperate with the study or unwilling to sign the informed consent form
