Objectives of Study：

Whether hyperlipidaemia promotes myocardial injury after non-cardiac surgery (MINS) and its probable mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）术前肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）增高者； （2）严重肝、肾功能障碍者（肝功为Child-Pugh C级或正在接受肾脏替代治疗）；（3）术前合并感染者：白细胞计数>10×109/L或体温>38.3°C； （4）术前未进行cTnI测量，术后前三天任意一天未进行cTnI测量者； （5）非缺血性肌钙蛋白升高者（如罹患肺栓塞、败血症、心脏复律、充血性心力衰竭、主动脉瓣疾病、心肌炎、房颤）； （6）术前未进行血脂质普检测的患者； （7）术中大出血或严重药物过敏至休克者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with increased preoperative troponin I (cTnI); (2) Patients with severe hepatic or renal dysfunction (liver function of Child-Pugh class C or undergoing renal replacement therapy); (3) Patients with preoperative infections: white blood cell count >10×109/L or body temperature >38.3°C; (4) Patients who did not have cTnI measurements preoperatively and did not have cTnI measurements on any of the first three postoperative days; (5) Those with elevated non-ischemic troponin (e.g., suffering from pulmonary embolism, sepsis, cardioversion, congestive heart failure, aortic valve disease, myocarditis, atrial fibrillation); (6) Patients who have not undergone preoperative lipid profile testing; (7) Those with intraoperative haemorrhage or severe drug allergy to shock;
