研究目的：

探讨单纯类风湿关节炎与类风湿关节炎合并肺间质病变患者血清标志物的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the differences in serum biomarkers between patients with simple rheumatoid arthritis and those with rheumatoid arthritis combined with pulmonary interstitial lesions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）妇女妊娠或哺乳期患者； （2）终末期肾病、IV级心力衰竭（NYHA分级）、肝衰竭、脓毒症、恶性肿瘤患者； （3）合并有其他风湿免疫疾病的患者，如系统性红斑狼疮、系统性硬化症、混合性结缔组织病等； （4）合并有其他的肺部疾病，如支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺结核、肺部肿瘤等；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Patients with end-stage renal disease, grade IV heart failure (NYHA grading), liver failure, sepsis, and malignant tumors; (3) Patients with other rheumatic and immune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, and mixed Connective tissue disease, etc; (4) Concomitant with other lung diseases, such as bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary tuberculosis, lung tumors, etc;
