研究目的：

我国家正在发生人口老龄化进程，这是卫生系统面临的一个重大挑战。本研究的目的是分析对早期血管老化（测定颈股动脉脉搏波速度（cf-PWV）和心踝血管指数（CAVI））的影响因素，及其性别差异。为上海人口的血管结构和功能建立参考值。

Objectives of Study：

The process of population aging that is occurring in our societies represents a major challenge for the health system. The aim of this study is to analyze factors that have an influence on early vascular aging (EVA), estimated by carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity (cf-PWV) and Cardio Ankle Vascular Index (CAVI), and to determine differences by gender in a Chinese population.To establish reference values for vascular structure and function in the population of shanghai.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

身体状况不合格者，不能到卫生中心接受相应检查，不愿意签署知情同意书者。有心血管疾病史（缺血性心脏病或中风、外周动脉疾病或心力衰竭）的患者，在过去三个月诊断为终末期肾功能衰竭（肾小球滤过率低于30%），慢性炎症性疾病，或急性炎症过程。用雌激素、睾酮或生长激素治疗的病人。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects who are in terminal condition, who cannot travel to the health centers to undergo the corresponding examinations, and those who do not wish to sign the informed consent;
Subjects with a history of CVD (ischemic heart disease or stroke, peripheral arterial disease or heart failure), diagnosed renal failure in terminal stages (glomerular filtration rate below 30%), chronic inflammatory disease, or acute inflammatory process in the past three months;
Patients treated with estrogens, testosterone, or growth hormone.
