研究目的：

1. 开展前瞻性随机对照研究，评估患者疼痛缓解情况、消化吸收功能、生活质量改善情况，观察胰漏等术后并发症、残留胰头癌变的发生情况，证明DCOPPHTR优于PPPD、Beger手术。 2、评价该新术式，验证其保留十二指肠、胆总管、Oddi's括约肌，不影响患者的消化吸收功能，又完全切除胰头、能够缓解疼痛、明显改善生活质量且没有残留胰头癌变的优点。

Objectives of Study：

1. A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted to evaluate patients' pain relief, digestive and absorption function, and quality of life improvement, and to observe the occurrence of postoperative complications such as pancreatic leakage and residual pancreatic head cancer, demonstrating that DCOPPHTR was superior to PPPD and Beger surgery. 2. The new operation was evaluated to verify the advantages of preserving duodenum, common bile duct and Oddi's sphincter without affecting the digestion and absorption function of patients, complete resection of the pancreatic head, relief of pain, significant improvement of quality of life and no residual pancreatic head cancer.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

身体状况差，不能耐受麻醉和手术（如：严重的心肺疾病、凝血功能障碍、肾功能不全等）；合并胆管炎、活动性肝炎或其他研究者认为不适宜参与研究的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Poor physical condition and inability to tolerate anesthesia and surgery (e.g., serious cardiopulmonary disease, coagulation dysfunction, renal insufficiency, etc.); Combined with cholangitis, active hepatitis, or other diseases deemed inappropriate for study participation.
