研究目的：

乳腺癌是影响全球女性的公共卫生问题之一。 最新数据显示，女性乳腺癌已超过肺癌、成为全球癌症新发病例数首位的癌症 。手术是乳腺癌的主要治疗手段之一，手术治疗以乳房切除术为主。乳房切除术对女性的形象产生影响，可能导致焦虑和沮丧，以及在性和自我形象方面的自卑心理，最终影响病人的生活质量。一项问卷调查显示，97.5%的乳腺癌手术患者感到忧虑，93.3%的乳腺癌手术患者手术后自卑感增强。对于不愿行乳房重建手术的乳腺癌术后病人，义乳成为一种好的选择。合适的义乳可以恢复女性身体形象，促进心理健康。有研究显示，我国乳房切除术后义乳佩戴率不足60%。不佩戴义乳的患者缺乏女性的感觉、自尊心及安全感；身体处于长期失衡状态而引起脊柱侧弯，这对于术后的康复及长期生活会造成极大的负面影响，严重导致患者术后很难回归正常生活。我国目前对乳腺癌患者佩戴义乳的研究大部分在术后病人义乳设计及相关知识认认知度的调查，国内外尚无对于”人格特性“应用于乳腺癌全乳切除患者的研究。 基于此我们开展不同人格特性乳腺癌全乳切除患者佩戴义乳对身心健康影响的研究，从而为护理人员在乳房缺失患者的临床实践中提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Breast cancer is one of the public health issues affecting women around the world.The latest data shows that female breast cancer has surpassed lung cancer and has become the leading cause of new cancer cases in the world.Surgery is one of the main treatments for breast cancer, and mastectomy is the main treatment.Mastectomy has an impact on a woman's image, which may lead to anxiety and depression, as well as low self-esteem regarding sexuality and self-image, ultimately affecting the patient's quality of life.A questionnaire survey showed that 97.5% of breast cancer surgery patients felt worried, and 93.3% of breast cancer surgery patients had an increased sense of inferiority after surgery.For breast cancer patients who do not want to undergo breast reconstruction surgery, prosthetic breasts have become a good choice.The right prosthetic breast can restore a woman's body image and promote her mental health.Studies have shown that the wearing rate of prosthetic breasts after mastectomy in my country is le

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.转移性乳腺癌患者； 2.研究期间有重大变故，如离异、失业或抑郁等； 3.进行性淋巴水肿、肩关节活动障碍患者； 4.认知行为异常、精神障碍患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with metastatic breast cancer; 2. Patients with major changes during the study period, such as divorce, unemployment or depression; 3. Patients with progressive lymphedema and shoulder joint mobility disorders; 4. Patients with cognitive behavioral abnormalities and mental disorders.
