研究目的：

本研究旨在探究基于远程的IMB护理干预对偏远地区或农村糖尿病和高血压患者的服药依从性的影响。评估其在提高患者的药物治疗依从性方面的效果。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to explore the effect of remote based IMB nursing interventions on medication adherence in patients with diabetes and hypertension in remote or rural areas and to evaluate its effectiveness in improving patients' adherence to medication.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重肝、肾功能不全或严重营养不良者；
2.（2）因严重疾病、语言沟通障碍等无法完成本次调查者；（3）1型糖尿病；特殊类型的糖尿病；妊娠糖尿病；（4）处于妊娠或哺乳期者；（5）干预过程中因自身疾病、主动退出、失联等原因退出本项研究的病人。；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction or severe malnutrition. (2) Unable to complete the survey due to severe illness or language communication barriers. (3) Type 1 diabetes ,special types of diabetes gestational diabetes. (4) Pregnant or breastfeeding. (5) Patients who withdraw from the study due to their own diseases, voluntary withdrawal, loss of contact, etc.;

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

将研究对象按纳入顺序进行编号，再利用计算机产生68个随机数字，将编号与随机数字一一对应，然后将随机数字按从小到大的顺序排列，数字较小的前34位所对应的研究对象进入干预组，数字较大的后34位所对应的研究对象进入对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The research subjects are numbered in the order they are included. Then, a computer is used to generate 68 random numbers. Each number is matched with a corresponding subject number. The random numbers are then sorted in ascending order. The subjects corresponding to the smaller 34 numbers are placed into the intervention group, while the subjects corresponding to the larger 34 numbers are placed into the control group.
