探讨基于多时序多空间 MRI 深度学习模型对局部进展期乳腺癌新辅助治疗后腋窝淋巴结 pCR 的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the predictive value of multi-temporal and multi-space MRI deep learning model for pCR of axillary lymph nodes after neoadjuvant therapy for locally advanced breast cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）未行完整新辅助治疗周期或未行手术切除的患者； （2）临床信息、基线及治疗后时序 MRI 影像、活检病理资料缺失或不全的患者； （3）多参数 MRI 图像质量差； （4）手术未行腋窝淋巴结清扫。

Exclusion criteria：

( 1 ) Patients who did not undergo a complete neoadjuvant treatment cycle or did not undergo surgical resection ; ( 2 ) Patients with missing or incomplete clinical information, baseline and post-treatment sequential MRI images, and biopsy pathological data ; ( 3 ) poor quality of multi-parameter MRI images ; ( 4 ) No axillary lymph node dissection was performed.
