研究目的：

探讨温阳益肾通络方对类风湿关节炎临床疗效，验证温阳益肾通络方治疗寒证RA的临床疗效及安全性.

Objectives of Study：

Explore the clinical efficacy of Wen Yang Yi Shen Tong Luo Fang in treating rheumatoid arthritis, and verify the clinical efficacy and safety of Wen Yang Yi Shen Tong Luo Fang in treating cold syndrome RA

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①严重控制不佳的高血压、糖尿病、心肺功能不全者； ②妊娠或哺乳期妇女； ③合并结核等各种急慢性感染； ④明确对本研究中药物成分过敏者及3个月内使用过生物制剂者； ⑤合并恶性肿瘤、血液系统疾病者； ⑥有精神异常病史患者； ⑦正在参加其他临床试验。注：凡符合上述其中一项者，即予排除。

Exclusion criteria：

① Hypertension, diabetes and cardiopulmonary insufficiency with severe poor control; ② Pregnant or lactating women; ③ Merge various acute and chronic infections such as tuberculosis; ④ Clearly identify individuals who are allergic to the drug components in this study and those who have used biological agents within 3 months; ⑤ Patients with combined malignant tumors and hematological diseases; ⑥ Patients with a history of mental disorders; ⑦ Participating in other clinical trials. Note: Those who meet one of the above criteria will be excluded.

This study used the Wenyang Yishen Tongluo Formula as the exposure factor, and divided patients into groups based on whether they were willing to accept the formula. Those who used the Wenyang Yishen Tongluo Formula were in the exposed group, while those who did not used it were in the non exposed group
