探讨640层CT-4D动态容积扫描在吞咽功能评价中的应用。 1、640层CT-4D动态容积扫描技术在吞咽功能检查中技术的优化和规范化； 2、观察及测量吞咽功能障碍相关的组织结构在其中的表现； 3、评价不同性状的食团对吞咽功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application of 640-slice CT-4D dynamic volume scanning in the evaluation of swallowing function. 1. Optimization and standardization of 640-slice CT-4D dynamic volume scanning technology in swallowing function examination; 2. Observe and measure the performance of organizational structure related to swallowing dysfunction; 3. To evaluate the effects of food pellets with different traits on swallowing function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除合并其他重症躯体疾病或心理疾病者，无吞咽动作、不能经口进食以及无法被 转运到放射科的患者，正参与或既往参与过同类研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with other severe physical or mental diseases, no swallowing movement, unable to take oral food, and unable to be transported to the radiology department were excluded. Patients who were currently participating or had participated in similar researchers were excluded.
