研究目的：

人工流产术后的远期并发症，宫腔粘连、薄型子宫内膜的发生率严重影响后来的生育问题，特别是未生育女性，避免重复性人工流产率的同时，特别应注意保护人工流产术后子宫内膜，以减少近远期并发症的发生。但是目前对子宫内膜修复的机制的了解仍然是未清楚。所以对人流刮宫术后子宫内膜的保护的方法，提出种种不同治疗方案，效果均未确切。因此，探索快速有效地修复患者的子宫内膜且防止宫腔黏连、薄型子宫发生的方法是主要目标。

Objectives of Study：

Postoperative long-term complications of induced abortion, uterine cavity adhesion, the incidence of endometrial thin seriously affect fertility problems later, childless women, in particular, avoid repetitive abortion rate at the same time, special attention should be paid to protect abortion surgery endometrial, in order to reduce the long-term complications. But the current understanding of the mechanism of endometrial repair remains unclear. Therefore, the methods of protecting the endometrium after the people's palace were put forward and different treatment options were proposed. Therefore, it is the main objective to explore the methods of rapidly and effectively repairing the endometrium of patients and preventing the occurrence of intrauterine adhesion and thin uterus.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)各种疾病的急性阶段。
(2)生殖器炎症，如阴道炎、急性宫颈炎、急慢性翁腔炎、性传播疾病等，未经治疗者。
(3)全身情况不良不能耐受手术者。
(4)术前两次测体温大于37.5，暂缓手术。
(5)过敏体质、过敏性哮喘史、麻醉药及多种药物过敏史者

Exclusion criteria：

1. acute stages of various diseases;
2. genital inflammation, such as vaginitis, acute cervicitis, acute and chronic alonitis, sexually transmitted diseases, etc., untreated;
3. The whole body is not able to tolerate the operation;
4. the preoperative temperature was greater than 37.5 and the operation was postponed;
5. history of allergic constitution, allergic asthma history, narcotic drugs and a variety of drug allergy history.
