研究目的：

主要目的：比较两种关节盘复位缝合术对青少年关节盘前移位伴牙颌面畸形患者的髁突骨再生差异。 次要目的：比较两种关节盘复位缝合术对青少年关节盘前移位伴牙颌面畸形患者的颌骨畸形、下颌运动、临床症状改善等方面的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: Compare the differences in condylar regeneration between two types of joint disc reposition surgery for adolescent patients with anterior disc displacement and maxillofacial deformities. Secondary objective: Compare the differences in deformity, mandibular movement, and clinical symptom improvement between two types of joint disc reposition surgery for adolescent patients with anterior disc displacement and maxillofacial deformities.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)术后关节盘未复位或复位不佳者； (2)失访或临床与影像学随访资料不全者； (3)同期行正颌手术或其他手术者； (4)伴有系统性疾病如类风湿性关节炎等、肿瘤或外伤者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Joint discs have not been repositioned or are poorly repositioned; (2)Missing follow-up or incomplete clinical and imaging follow-up data; (3)Simultaneous orthognathic surgery or other surgeries; (4)With systemic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, tumours or trauma.
