本研究关注二便能力康复训练及清洁护理机器人实现信息统筹、系统集成后的临床应用验证，探索二便能力增强与护理机器人系统应用评估体系。

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on the validation of clinical applications after the robot for enhanced defecation and post-defecation cleaning care has achieved information co-ordination and system integration, and explores the application assessment system of the robotic system.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重的盆腔器官脱垂； 2.严重的心脑血管疾病或其他危及生命的疾病； 3.威胁患者受试者生命的恶性肿瘤； 4.泌尿生殖道瘘； 5.既往有抗尿失禁、尿潴留、大便失禁、便秘的手术史和用药史。 6.其他严重的外科并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. severe pelvic organ prolapse; 2. severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other life-threatening diseases; 3. malignant tumours that threaten the patient's life; 4. fistula of the genitourinary tract; 5. previous surgical history of anti-incontinence, urinary retention, fecal incontinence, constipation, and history of medication use. 6. other severe surgical complications.

干预措施：	（1）评估受试者二便能力：通过评估系统输入受试者的相关信息（包括病历号、姓名、性别、年龄、身高、体重、病史、诊断、二便障碍问卷得分等）并采集受试者的肌电信息。（2）二便意图体外动态监测：采用医用敷料将排便意图信息采集模块贴于腹部进行动态监测。（3）个性化处方生成与实施：系统根据评估结果生成个性化处方并实施，包括： 1）排控便能力增强训练：①运动训练②磁刺激③电刺激④振动刺激⑤生物反馈气垫 2）排便辅助：①尿潴留诱导排尿②便秘者腹部按摩和蒸汽坐浴 3）清洁护理：受试者配合护理床移板的辅助以移动位置、改变体位并与穿戴式柔性护罩贴合。排便结束后将接受护罩提供的清洁和消杀护理，完成后受试者将通过移板辅助恢复原体位。（4）训练后排便能力评估：在每次处方实施完成后，再次利用评估系统评估受试者二便能力。（5）训练后排便能力评估：在验证周期结束后，需要再次通过评估系统收集受试者的健康参数以评估排便能力的提升情况。（6）应用验证周期：约为1个月。	干预措施代码：
Intervention：	(1) Evaluation of the subject's ability to defecate: Enter the subject's relevant information (including medical record number, name, gender, age, height, weight, medical history, diagnosis, and score of the questionnaire on defecation disorders, etc.) through the evaluation system, and collect the subject's electromyographic information. (2) Dynamic in vitro monitoring of defecation intention: the defecation intention information collection module was attached to the abdomen with a medical dressing for dynamic monitoring. (3) Personalised prescription generation and implementation: the system generates and implements personalised prescriptions based on the assessment results, including: (1) defecation control ability enhancement training: ① exercise training ② magnetic stimulation ③ electrical stimulation ④ vibration stimulation ⑤ biofeedback air cushion (2) defecation assistance: ① urinary retention induced urination ② constipation abdominal massage and steam baths (3) Cleaning care: the subject cooperates with the assistance of the nursing bed transfer board to move the position, change the body position and fit with the wearable flexible shield. At the end of defecation, the subject will receive cleaning and disinfecting care provided by the mask, after which the subject will return to his/her original position with the assistance of the transfer board. (4) Assessment of post-training defecation ability: After each prescription is administered, the subject's ability to defecate will again be assessed using the assessment system. (5) Post-training defecation ability assessment: At the end of the validation cycle, the subject's health parameters need to be collected again through the assessment system to assess the improvement of defecation ability.
