研究目的：

本次研究的主要目的是讨论早产儿院内以及出院后营养干预与早产儿的生长发育、神经发育以及支气管肺发育不良（Broncho pulmonary Dysplasia, BPD）、坏死性小肠结肠炎（Necrotizing Enter colitis, NEC）、早产儿视网膜病变(retinopathy of prematurity，ROP) 等相关疾病的关系。次要目的包括：1）构建早产儿营养管理的诊疗数据及生物样本数据平台，2）监测早产儿入院时和出院时营养债，观察早产儿生长发育全过程，3）了解早产儿不良结局的发生情况以及影响因素，为早产高危人群的筛查及制定干预措施提供依据，4）通过早产儿的生物样本以及代谢组学，初步探索早产儿追赶生长可能发生机制，5）评价现有的早产儿营养干预策略，同时为建立完善适宜的早产儿营养管理方案提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study was to discuss the relationship between prenatal and postnatal nutritional interventions and the growth and development, neurodevelopment and broncho-pulmonary dysplasia (BPD), necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) , Retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) and other related diseases. Secondary objectives include: 1) establishing a data platform for the diagnosis and treatment of preterm infants with nutritional management and 2) monitoring the nutritional debt of premature infants on admission and discharge, and observing the whole process of premature infants' growth and development; 3) The occurrence and the influencing factors, provide the basis for the screening of the high-risk population of premature infants and the formulation of interventions; 4) preliminarily explore the possible mechanism of catch-up growth in preterm infants by biological samples and metabolomics of premature infants, and 5) evaluate the existing preterm birth Child nutrition intervention strategy, at the same time to establish and improve the appropriate nutrition management program for preterm infants to provide a scientific basis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）其母亲妊娠期合并严重疾病，如重度子癫，糖尿病，绒毛膜炎。
（2）早产儿有遗传代谢性疾病、先天性心脏病、消化道畸形等先天畸形，染色体疾病者。
（3）住院时间不满2周及中途自动出院或转院或要求退出研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. her mother combined with severe diseases during pregnancy, such as severe epilepsy, diabetes, chorioamisitis;
2. premature children with genetic metabolic diseases, congenital heart disease, gastrointestinal malformations and other congenital malformations, chromosome diseases;
3. hospitalization less than 2 weeks and midway automatically discharged or transferred to the hospital or request the withdrawal of researchers.
