Exclusion criteria：

The cognitive function is obviously impaired or the speech communication disorder can not communicate; there are major body diseases such as heart, liver and kidney.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本课题的数据采集来自两方面：一是参试者一般资料，通过查询病史获取，由经过量表培训的主治医师完成；一般资料的项目包括：姓名、性别、年龄、病程、首发年龄、抗精神病药使用情况（包括药名、剂量）、主要精神症状（详细描述幻觉妄想表现）、PANSS中幻觉（P3）妄想（P1）评分等资讯。二是量表评定，总共3张量表，分别是阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）、SF-36生活质量表调查表、五因素正念度量表等。由于病例少，均为人工输入建立数据库。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data collection of this project comes from two aspects: one is the general information of the participants, which is obtained by inquiring the medical history, which is completed by the attending physician who has been trained by the scale. General data of the project include: name, sex, age, course of the disease, starting age, use of antipsychotics, (including medicines, dose), the main mental symptoms (detailed description illusion illusion), PANSS in illusion (P3) delusion (P1) score and other information. The second is the scale evaluation, which is a total of three scales, namely the positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS), the sf-36 life quality table questionnaire, and the five-factor mindfulness scale. Due to the small number of cases, the database is established for manual input.
