本研究的目的在于开展多中心前瞻性队列研究，评估新生儿消化道畸形行肠吻合术后早期肠内营养的安全性和有效性，为新生儿肠吻合术后肠内营养支持提供临床证据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of early enteral nutrition after intestinal primary anaostomy surgery in neonatal, giving support to clinical evidence.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前合并严重全身感染
2.休克。
3.合并致死性畸形。

Exclusion criteria：

1. accompany severe systemic infection before operation;
2. shock;
3. combined with fatal deformity.

Randomization was separately done at each center by an independent researcher who was blinded to the study. After surgery, a sealed envelope filled with computer-generated random Numbers was used to assign patients to early feeding groups or conventional treatment groups.
