研究目的：

（1）了解MHD合PTB患者焦虑、抑郁、主观幸福感、健康坚韧性和皮质醇水平的现状。 （2）基于循证理论，以 PERMA 模式为框架，构建MHD合并PTB患者积极心理干预方案。 （3）评价该干预方案对MHD合并PTB患者焦虑、抑郁，主观幸福感、健康坚韧性，以及皮质醇水平的影响效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)To understand the current status of anxiety, depression, subjective well-being, healthy resilience, and cortisol levels in patients with MHD and PTB. (2)Based on the evidence-based theory and the framework of the PERMA model,constructed a positive psychological intervention program for patients with MHD and PTB. (3)To assess the effects of this intervention on anxiety, depression, subjective well-being, health resilience, and cortisol levels in patients with MHD and PTB.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)有精神病史、严重器质性精神障碍、人格障碍等无法交流者； (2)既往诊断为焦虑抑郁症等疾病； (3)目前正接受相关心理治疗和抗焦虑、抑郁药物治疗者； (4)正在参与其他临床研究者； (5)不知晓病情者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who have a history of mental illness, severe organic mental disorder, personality disorder, etc., and are unable to communicate; (2) Previous diagnosis of anxiety, depression and other diseases; (3) Those who are currently receiving relevant psychotherapy and anti-anxiety and depression medications; (4) Those who are participating in other clinical studies; (5) Those who do not know their disease.

按照患者入组的顺序进行编号，为1、2……23、24，由1名不参与研究设计的统计学专家使用 SPSS25.0软件，根据随机数函数 Rv. Uniform(0,1)分别产生两个不同的随机数列，每个随机数列包含24位随机数。
