研究目的：

（1）描述术后2天、术后1周、术后3周、术后1月、术后3月（T1~T5）肝癌患者症状进展水平及总体变化趋势； （2）探究肝癌术后患者从术后2天至术后3个月五个时间点的症状群变化轨迹是否存在群体异质性，采用增长混合模型明确患者症状群的轨迹类别，分析探讨其变化特征。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To describe the level of symptom progression and the overall trend of symptom changes in liver cancer patients at 2 days postoperatively, 1 week postoperatively, 3 weeks postoperatively, 1month postoperatively, and 3 months postoperatively (T1~T5); (2) To explore whether there is group heterogeneity in the trajectory of symptom clusters in postoperative liver cancer patients at five time points from 2 days postoperatively to 3 months postoperatively, and to specify the categories of the patient's symptom clusters in the trajectory by using a growth mixture model and analysing and exploring the characteristics of their changes. The growth mixture model was used to clarify the trajectory categories of the patients' symptom clusters and to analyse and explore their characteristics.

排除标准：

①既往和目前有精神疾病；②癌症转移或复发；③文盲；④合并心、肺、脑、肾等重大疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

①Past and present mental illness; ② Metastasis or recurrence of cancer; ③Illiteracy; ④ Combined heart, lung, brain, kidney, and other significant diseases.
