研究目的：

本研究同步测量患者不良心理应激主客观指标，探寻IVF-ET女性患者周期治疗各节点（TI进治疗周期日 T2 取卵日 T3移植日 T4 结局日）心理应激的动态变化轨迹及其影响因素，探讨各节点可改变的影响因素，确定最佳干预时机和甄选可干预因素，构建与该类人群心理应激治疗时点相匹配的精准干预方案，以改善患者心理应激反应，提高生育生活质量和就医体验，提高妊娠结局。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we simultaneously measured the subjective and objective indicators of adverse psychological stress in patients, explored the dynamic trajectory of psychological stress and its influencing factors at each point of IVF-ET female patients' cycle treatment (TI entry day T2 egg retrieval day T3 transplantation day T4 end day), explored the influencing factors that can be changed at each point, determined the optimal timing of intervention and selected the intervening factors, so as to construct a precise intervention program that matches the point of treatment of psychological stress in this group of patients. We will identify the optimal timing of intervention and select the intervening factors, and construct a precise intervention program to match the point of psychological stress treatment of this population, in order to improve the psychological stress response of patients, improve the quality of reproductive life and experience of medical treatment, and improve the pregnancy outcome.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①年龄＜20 周岁或＞50 周岁； ②遗传性疾病； ③未进行取卵术、胚胎移植术以及因各种原因中途退出的研究者； ④治疗前患有泌尿生殖系统等急性感染、性传播疾病导致无法进入治疗周期者； ⑤生殖、内分泌系统严重器质性疾病。 ⑥近一个月有口腔疾病、上呼吸道感染、肺部疾病史； ⑦存在认知障碍、患有精神疾病以及既往接受过心理治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age< 20 years old or > 50 years old; 2. hereditary diseases; 3. Investigators who have not undergone egg retrieval, embryo transfer and have withdrawn due to various reasons; 4. Those who suffer from acute infections and sexually transmitted diseases such as genitourinary system before treatment and are unable to enter the treatment cycle; 5. Severe organic diseases of the reproductive and endocrine systems. 6. History of oral diseases, upper respiratory tract infections, and lung diseases in the past month; 7. Those who have cognitive impairment, mental illness and have received psychological treatment in the past.
