研究目的：

本回顾性队列研究的目的是对比岛状面动脉粘膜肌瓣和游离股前外侧皮瓣在修复早期口腔癌切除后中等缺损中的成本和收益。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to perform a retrospective cohort analysis comparing the cost-effectiveness of the islanded facial artery myomucosal (FAMM) flap with the free anterolateral thigh (ALT) flap flap in the reconstruction of moderate-sized defects following early-stage oral squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) resection.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）原发灶接近或者跨院中线需要行双侧颈清患者；2）复发的口腔舌或口底鳞状细胞癌；3）颈部有放疗史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Primary tumor near or crossing midline which necessitated bilateral neck dissection; 2. Recurrent OT/FOM SCC; 3. History of radiotherapy in the neck.
