初步探索脑机接口结合外骨骼闭环训练对脑卒中后手功能障碍患者的康复疗效及潜在的脑重塑机制,为临床脑卒中手功能康复提供治疗思路。  

Objectives of Study:

Preliminary investigate effect of BCI+Exoskeleton for stroke patients with hand dysfunction and the potential mechanism of brain plasticity, to provide the treatment thoughts for rehabilitation for hand function.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

①合并其他神经系统疾病。
②明显认知障碍(MMES<21分)。
③伴有感觉性失语和严重混合性失语,不能配合训练。
④有癫痫病史。
⑤患侧手合并骨折等影响运动功能的疾病。
⑥体内有金属异物、心脏起搏器或患有幽闭恐惧症等不能进行磁共振检查者。
⑦颅骨明显缺损,或因其他因素影响EEG信号采集者。
⑧正在接受其他临床中枢神经干预治疗者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Combined with other neurological disease;
2. cognitive deficits(a score below 24 points on the Mini Mental State Examination);
3. Sensory aphasia and severe mixed aphasia;
4. seizure;
5. Fracture;
6. patients with implanted metallic or electronic devices;
7. Cranial defect;
8. Other cranial nerves intervention.
