研究目的：

本研究将接纳承诺疗法心理干预方案引入ICU护士中，缓解ICU护士焦虑抑郁情绪，提高其自我效能感，为ICU护士心理干预提供新的思路和方法，顺应当今生理-心理-社会医学模式、注重心理护理作用的护理理念的转变，促进ICU护士的身心康复，以期为促进ICU护士的心理护理发展产生积极意义。最终提高ICU护士的工作效率的和服务质量，促进医疗服务质量及医疗体制改革的开展。  

Objectives of Study：

This study introduced the psychological intervention plan of commitment therapy into ICU nurses to relieve anxiety and depression, improve self-efficacy, and provide new ideas and methods for ICU nurses.In the end, it will improve the efficiency and service quality of ICU nurses, promote the quality of medical services and the reform of medical system.

排除标准：

现状调查阶段 排除标准 （1）接受调查，但调查问卷没有收回及培训的； （2）因其他原因两周以上不在工作岗位者； （3）参加过此类调查或培训者。 干预试验阶段 排除标准 （1）接受调查，但调查问卷没有收回及培训的； （2）因其他原因两周以上不在工作岗位者； （3）参加过此类调查或培训者。
