2.1 探究家族聚集性前列腺癌基因组CNA、SNV水平特征,遗传过程驱动性肿瘤融合基因调控事件,利用多组学解释家族聚集性前列腺癌的遗传特征和蛋白水平肿瘤进化特点。 2.2 比较家族聚集性前列腺癌的多组学分子图谱与散发性前列腺癌特征。 2.3 判断不同分子分型下,前列腺癌家系遗传过程基因遗传变异所顺式调控的肿瘤蛋白质通路和功能,并分析这些特征与患者临床表型、治疗、预后的关联。 2.4 报道肿瘤基因遗传过程免疫微环境和免疫表型特征。 2.5 筛选能够用于前列腺癌家族聚集性诊断和治疗的靶点。 |

Objectives of Study: |
2.1 To explore the genomic CNA and SNV level characteristics of familial and hereditary prostate cancer and the genetic process-driven tumor fusion gene regulatory events, and to use multi-omics to explain the genetic characteristics and protein-level tumor evolution characteristics of familial clustered prostate cancer. 2.2 The multiomics molecular profiles of familial and hereditary prostate cancer were compared with the features of sporadic prostate cancer. 2.3 To determine the tumor protein pathways and functions that are cis-regulated by genetic variation of prostate cancer family genetic process genes under different molecular types, and to analyze the correlation between these features and clinical phenotype, treatment, and prognosis of patients. 2.4 The immune microenvironment and immunophenotypic characteristics of the genetic process of tumor genes were reported. 2.5 Screening targets that can be used for familial and hereditary prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment. |
