研究目的:

1.定性与定量检测不同地区青年大学生粪便中微塑料的含量,并分析可能的影响因素。 2.检测不同水质、大气及食物中微塑料的种类与含量,调查青年大学生在饮水、食物、环境等方面的微塑料暴露情况,采用预测模型评估人体外暴露风险。 3.定性与定量检测青年大学生血液、尿液及粪便中的微塑料的类型与含量,采用预测模型评估人体的微塑料内暴露风险。 4.分析微塑料暴露个体的肠道菌群、免疫功能、抗氧化及炎症因子等指标,分析微塑料暴露的健康影响。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To detection microplastics in the feces of young college students in different cities 1ualitatively and quantitatively and toanalyse the possible influencing factors. 2. to detect the types and cincentration of microplastics in water, atmosphere and food, to investigate the exposure of young college students to microplastics in drinking water, food and environment, and to evaluate the risk of external exposure the human body using prediction models. 3. To detect microplastics in blood, urine and feces of young college students qualitatively and quantitatively, and to assess the risk of internal exposure to microplastics in human using the prediction model. 4. To analyse the health effects of microplastic exposure by analysing the indicators of intestinal flora, immune function, antioxidant and inflammatory factors in microplastic-exposed individuals

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

①被诊断患有认知功能障碍、精神分裂症或抑郁症等精神障碍; ②体内装有起搏器或者其他医疗电子装置; ③有胃肠道或消化系统疾病等; ④有口腔、内分泌、心脏、肾脏等疾病或其他慢性疾病等; ⑤有重大慢性疾病(如糖尿病、高血压、肝病)。

Exclusion criteria:

① Being diagnosed with a mental disorder such as cognitive dysfunction, schizophrenia or depression; ② Has a pacemaker or other medical electronic device in his/her body; ③ Having gastrointestinal or digestive system diseases, etc; ④ Having oral, endocrine, cardiac, or renal diseases or other chronic diseases, etc; ⑤ Having major chronic diseases (e.g. diabetes, hypertension, liver disease).
