研究目的：

探讨益生菌复合制剂（Life Enhancer 益生菌胶囊）对胆囊切除术后腹泻的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Life Enhancer probiotics capsule in the treatment of patients with cholecystectomy diarrhea

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）非因胆囊良性疾病单纯行胆囊切除者，如肝癌同时行胆囊切除； （2）有胃肠道、胰腺手术史； （3）肠镜等辅助检查明确发现消化系统器质性病变如溃疡性结肠炎、克罗恩病、消化系统肿瘤等；明确诊断为消化系统功能性疾病如功能性消化不良、肠易激综合征等； （4）胆囊切除术前即有腹泻者，或胆囊切除术后不满1月者； （5）患有严重的原发性疾病或其他影响生存的疾病； （6）对复合益生菌成分过敏者； （7）妊娠哺乳期妇女或不排除妊娠可能的妇女； （8）3月内参加过其它药物试验者； （9）有长期使用酸奶等制品习惯者； （10）研究者认为不适合参加者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) the patients who did not have benign disease of gallbladder only underwent cholecystectomy, such as liver cancer and cholecystectomy at the same time; (2) they had the history of gastrointestinal tract and pancreas operation; (3) colonoscopy can clearly detect organic lesions of the digestive system, such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease and tumors of the digestive system; The patients were diagnosed as functional diseases of the digestive system, such as functional dyspepsia and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) ; (4)with diarrhea before cholecystectomy or less than one month after cholecystectomy (5) having a severe primary disease or other life-threatening illness; (6) being allergic to a compound probiotic; (7) being pregnant, lactating or not ruling out pregnancy; (8) having participated in other drug trials within 3 months; (9) there are long-term use of yoghurt and other products habitually; (10) researchers do not think that participants.
