明确不同时辰针刺三阴交与健康人的脑电动态变化相关效应机制，形成评价报告，为揭示子午流注针法科学内涵提供试验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the relevant effect mechanism of acupuncture at different times of Sanyinjiao (SP6)and dynamic changes of EEG in healthy people, to form an evaluation report, and to provide experimental basis for revealing the scientific connotation of meridian injection acupuncture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有心脑血管疾病及神经系统疾病史；②曾经或目前接受针刺治疗；③服用镇静、抗癫痫等神经系统药物服用史等；④不能接受针刺；⑤正在参与其他临床研究者；⑥妊娠、哺乳、月经期。

Exclusion criteria：

① History of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and neurological diseases; ② Have or currently receive acupuncture treatment; ③ History of taking sedative, antiepileptic and other nervous system drugs; ④ cannot accept acupuncture; ⑤ is participating in other clinical investigators; ⑥ Pregnancy, lactation, menstrual period.
