拟通过回顾性分析 2021 年 1 月-2023 年 12 月在我院血液科就诊的 MPN 患者的二代测序结果和临床资料，分析其基因突变与临床特征以及预后的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

We intend to retrospectively analyze the second-generation sequencing results and clinical data of MPN patients in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023, then analyze the relationship between gene mutation and clinical features and prognosis.

排除标准：

1.患者未进行二代测序；
2.难以收集到完整的临床 病历资料；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patient did not undergo second-generation sequencing gene test.;
2.It is difficult to collect complete clinical data Medical record data.;
