研究目的：

（一）设计并实施关于流感疫苗和HPV疫苗的预防接种数字化信息服务干预包； （二）评估实施预防接种数字化信息服务干预，对于提高干预对象的疫苗及相关疾病知晓水平、接种意愿和接种率的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Our co-primary aims are (1) to design and implement digital information service intervention packages for vaccination of influenza and HPV; and (2) to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the digital information service intervention for vaccination in enhancing the level of participants' knowledge, attitude, and willingness of related diseases and vaccination, as well as rate of vaccination.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.县区排除标准：拒绝参与。 2.流感疫苗数字化信息服务精准干预的研究对象排除标准：无。 3.HPV疫苗数字化信息服务精准干预的研究对象排除标准：基线调查时，已接种过HPV疫苗的女孩及其监护人。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion criteria for counties: refuse to paticipate. 2.Exclusion criteria for participants in the study of targeted intervention using digital information services for influenza vaccination: none; 3.Exclusion criteria for participants in the study of targeted intervention using digital information services for HPV vaccination: girls vaccinated against HPV and their caregivers at baseline.
