研究目的：

研究T2DM患者结肠微生物的结构组成，通过与RYGB手术动物模型菌群结构的比较分析，进一步筛选可能改善糖尿病的驱动菌群。

Objectives of Study：

Aim to study the structure and composition of colonic microbiota in T2DM patients and compare the structure of bacterial flora with RYGB animal model, then screen the driving bacteria that might improve diabetes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

根据已知的影响肠道菌群组成的因素，排除有以下任何情况的样本：
(a) 结肠镜检查前2个月内患有感染性胃肠炎；
(b) 前4周内使用过任何抗生素或益生菌；
(c) 患有肠易激综合征。

Exclusion criteria：

According to the known factors that affect the composition of intestinal bacteria, exclude samples of any of the following circumstances:
(1) infectious gastroenteritis within 2 months prior to colonoscopy;
(2) antibiotics or probiotics were used in the first 4 weeks;
(3) suffering from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
