通过前瞻性观察研究腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补中疝囊横断或者完整剥离对术后血清肿的影响，以期为腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术中疝囊横断或者完整剥离提供理论支持  

Objectives of Study：

Prospective, observational study on the effect of laparoscopic transection or complete stripping of inguinal hernia sac on postoperative seroma formation, in order to provide theoretical support for optimal method.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有腹腔镜手术禁忌患者；复发疝患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with laparoscopic surgery contraindications;Recurrent hernia
