研究目的：

结合口腔外科学、口腔修复学、数字化技术，探索建立修复导向骨片移植全流程数字化临床路径并进行临床效果及卫生经济学评价，以探索精准、微创、高效重建高质量、理想三维形态的牙槽骨，并实现骨增量同期种植，缩短治疗周期，减少就诊次数，提高疗效可预期性，降低技术敏感性。  

Objectives of Study：

Combining oral surgery, prosthodontics, and digital technology, this research aims to explore and establish a full digital clinical pathway for repair-oriented bone transplantation, and to conduct clinical effectiveness and health economics evaluations. The goal is to achieve precise, minimally invasive, and efficient reconstruction of high-quality, ideal three-dimensional alveolar bone morphology, implement simultaneous bone augmentation and implantation, shorten the treatment cycle, reduce the number of consultations, enhance the predictability of treatment outcomes, and lower the sensitivity to technique.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①妊娠期、哺乳期的患者，以及全身情况无法耐受复杂植骨手术的患者；②有未控制的全身疾病；③上颌窦植骨适应证患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, under the age of 18 or over the age of 80, as well as patients whose general condition cannot tolerate complex bone grafting surgery; 2) Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases; 3) Patients who are suitable candidates for maxillary sinus bone grafting.

所有试验患者均为试验组，不设对照组，所有患者均进行数字化植骨导板设计，并制作相应导板，术中利用数字化导板完成植骨手术。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入原始数据，具体为利用临床试验公共管理平台http://www.medresman.org.cn。录入采用相应的Excel电子记录表格形式录入数据。数据库系统双人双机录入。 原始数据在按要求完成数据录入和核查后，按编号的顺序归档保存，并填有检索目录等，以备查考。电子数据分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Researchers accurately, completely, correctly, and clearly enter data into the original records based on the subjects' initial observation records, specifically using the Clinical Trial Public Management Platform available at http://www.medresman.org.cn. Data entry is conducted using the corresponding Excel electronic recording forms. The database system is operated by two people using two computers for data entry. After the original data has been entered and verified as per requirements, it is filed and stored in numerical order, complete with an index for retrieval, ready for review. Electronic data is categorized and stored with multiple backups on different disks or recording media to ensure it is well preserved and protected from damage.
