研究目的：

纵向监测自身免疫性脑炎患者血液及脑脊液中潜在生物标志物的水平，并检验其在早期诊断、疾病监测和复发预测方面的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Monitoring the levels of potential biomarkers in the blood and cerebrospinal fluid of patients with autoimmune encephalitis, and examining their roles in early diagnosis, disease monitoring, and recurrence prediction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）缺乏关键临床信息或足够的生物标本； （2）患有人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染，脑脓肿，病毒疾病，脑疟疾，脑肿瘤或非传染性中枢神经系统疾病（例如急性脱髓鞘性脑脊髓炎（ADEM））的诊断的患者； （3）中枢神经系统感染了细菌，真菌，寄生虫或结核分枝杆菌（TB）的患者； （4）败血症或全身性炎症反应综合征继发的脑病患者； （5）其他自身免疫性疾病（类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、1型糖尿病等）史

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who lack key clinical data or adequate amounts of biological specimens; (2) Patients with a diagnosis of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, brain abscess, viral disease, cerebral malaria, brain tumor, or non-communicable central nervous system disease such as acute demyelinating encephalomyelitis (ADEM); (3) Patients with central nervous system infection with bacteria, fungi, parasites or Mycobacterium tuberculosis (TB); (4) Patients with encephalopathy secondary to sepsis or systemic inflammatory response syndrome; (5) Subjects with history of other autoimmune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, type 1 diabetes, etc.)
