研究目的：

1.通过足底压力测试仪测试学龄前儿童足底压力，了解通州区学龄前儿童扁平足患病情况。2.验证学龄前儿童的运动处方改善学龄前儿童扁平足疗效  

Objectives of Study：

1.Use a plantar pressure tester to test the plantar pressure of preschool children and understand the prevalence of flat feet in preschool children in Tongzhou District. 2. Verify the effectiveness of exercise prescriptions for preschool children in improving their flat foot therapy

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1扁平足筛查工作排除标准：（1）儿童监护人拒绝参加本研究（2）儿童不能配合完成足底压力测试。（包括儿童主观不接受此类检查及患有生理疾病无法配合） 2.运动处方疗效评价排除标准：（1）非柔韧性偏平足：非负重时内侧纵弓明显低平。（2）既往有神经肌肉源性疾病（脑性瘫痪、脊髓灰质炎后遗症等）（3）先天性足部骨性发育异常：距下关节脱位、垂直距骨等。（4）儿童监护人拒绝参加本次研究。（5）无疼痛症状的柔韧性扁平足患儿。采用随机表法将研究对象随机分为试验组及对照组。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for flat foot screening: (1) Child guardians refuse to participate in this study (2) Children cannot cooperate in completing plantar pressure tests. (Including children's subjective refusal to accept such examinations and inability to cooperate due to physiological diseases) 2. Exclusion criteria for efficacy evaluation of exercise prescription: (1) Non flexible and flat feet: The medial longitudinal arch is significantly lower and flat when not under load. (2) Previous neuromuscular diseases (cerebral palsy, sequelae of poliomyelitis, etc.) (3) Congenital foot bone developmental abnormalities: dislocation of the subtalar joint, vertical talus, etc. (4) The child's guardian refused to participate in this study. (5) Children with flexible and flat feet without pain symptoms. The study subjects were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random table method.

项目负责人采用Excel编号1-132，然后采用RAND函数产生132个随机数，将随机数进行排序，获得132个随机编号，取前66个随机编号入组试验组，取后66个随机号入组对照组。

The project leader used Excel numbers 1-132, and then used the RAND function to generate 132 random numbers. The random numbers were sorted to obtain 132 random numbers.
