研究目的：

本试验针对经皮肾镜碎石取石术中，球囊扩张建立皮肾通道的实时监测方法展开研究，拟通过多中心、前瞻性观察性研究，探讨评价超声监测球囊扩张建立皮肾通道的临床应用有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of ultrasound monitored balloon dilation in the establishment of percutaneous?renal access, using a multi-center, prospective observational study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、受试者合并严重疾病不可耐受手术
2、受试者为美国麻醉医师学会（ASA）IV级或更高
3、凝血功能障碍者或口服抗凝药物无法停药者
4、严重的泌尿系感染伴发热

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe comorbidity and are not suitable for surgery;
2. Patients with an ASA level-IV or higher;
3. Patients with coagulation disorders;
4. Patients with severe urinary tract infection and fever.
