研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是探讨三点超声方案在危重新生儿气管内导管定位中的临床价值。寻找新的潜在的超声定位点，引进超声定位的优势并推广。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study was to investigate the clinical value application of three-point ultrasonography in endotracheal catheter localization in critically ill newborns. To search for new potential ultrasonic positioning points, introduce and expand the advantages of ultrasonography for endotracheal tube position.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在肺部、心脏或多器官严重畸形，颈部、胸廓存在肿块者。 2.USG 或 CXR 未见 ETT 尖端，或在 USG 检查期间婴儿病情恶化。 3.住院期间监护人放弃治疗或拒绝参与研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are serious malformations of the lungs, heart or multiple organs, and there are masses in the neck and chest. 2. The ETT tip is not visible in the ultrasonography(USG) or chest X ray(CXR), or the infant's condition worsens during the USG examination. 3. The guardian gave up treatment or refused to participate in the research during hospitalization.
