研究目的：

1.探索脑类淋巴依赖的CSF-ISF交换障碍在脑小血管病中的功能损害及作用机制。 2.探究化痰祛瘀方通过此机制改善CSVD患者临床表型的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. to explore the functional impairment and mechanism of action of brain-like lymphoid-dependent CSF-ISF exchange disorder in cerebral small vessel disease. 2. to explore the role of the formula for resolving phlegm and expelling blood stasis in improving the clinical phenotype of CSVD patients through this mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有震颤、幽闭恐惧症等导致 MRI 成像质量差，影响CSVD 的评估； （2）有脑外伤病史、严重精神心理疾病、严重心脏疾病、恶性肿瘤等； （3）有多发性硬化、颅脑肿瘤、中枢神经系统脱髓鞘、颅内外动脉重度狭窄病史等； （4）有严重听说读写障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The presence of tremor, claustrophobia, etc. leads to poor MRI image quality and affects the CSVD evaluation; (2) History of traumatic brain injury, serious psychiatric disorders, serious heart diseases, malignant tumors, etc. (3) History of multiple sclerosis, craniocerebral tumor, central nervous system demyelination, severe stenosis of intracranial and extracranial arteries, and so on. (4) Serious hearing, speaking, reading and writing disorders.

化痰祛瘀方（半夏 10g，白术 10g，天麻 10g，茯苓12g，党参 15g，陈皮 12g，石菖蒲 10g，丹参 20g，郁金10g，柴胡 9g，葛根 15g，炙甘草 6g）+基础治疗（进行相应的控制血压、血糖、降脂及抗血小板聚集等相关对症治疗）

严格按照本课题组的设计方案筛选临床病例，确定纳入课题后，采用随机分组的方式，将 38 例患者，提前拟定 1 份 1-38 研究对象序列，用SPSS25.0 软件进行随机分组，产生随机数字表，从随机数字表任一行开始，按序查找，凡小于或等于 38 的数标记，查够 19 个数；将与这 19 个数对应编号受试者列为 A 组试验组，余为 B 组对照组。将所有序号打乱后装入不透光信封，按抽取的序号确定对应分组方案。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Strictly in accordance with the design of the subject group screening of clinical cases, to determine the inclusion of the subject, the use of randomized grouping of 38 cases of patients, in advance of the formulation of a 1-38 research subjects sequence, using SPSS25.0 software for randomized grouping, randomized number table, starting from any line of the table, according to the order of the search, where less than or equal to the number of 38 mark, check enough 19 numbers; and the 19 numbers corresponding to the number of subjects listed as Group A test group. The number of subjects corresponding to these 19 numbers will be classified as Group A and the rest as Group B control group. Put all the serial numbers into an opaque envelope after disorganization, and determine the corresponding grouping scheme according to the serial numbers taken.
