研究目的:

本研究拟针对面肌痉挛患者,通过行为学量表结合运用肌骨超声、高密度表面肌电图及激光散斑技术建立可以观察面肌痉挛解剖结构、神经肌肉功能及面部肌肉微循环的多模态神经肌肉微循环信息平台,提供一种客观准确的面肌痉挛的检测方法和定量评价方法,以提高面肌痉挛的治疗效果,为面肌痉挛的精准诊断和医疗提供理论基础和技术支持,推动面肌痉挛治疗方案向精准医疗和个性化医疗发展。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to focus on patients with facial muscle spasms, utilizing a behavioral scale combined with musculoskeletal ultrasound, high-density surface electromyography, and laser speckle technology to establish a multimodal neuromuscular microcirculation information platform. This platform will allow for the observation of the anatomical structure, neuromuscular function, and microcirculation of facial muscles in patients with facial muscle spasms. It aims to provide an objective and accurate detection method and quantitative evaluation method for facial muscle spasms, thereby improving the treatment effectiveness of facial muscle spasms. This will provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the precise diagnosis and medical treatment of facial muscle spasms, promoting the development of treatment plans towards precision medicine and personalized healthcare.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.眼睑痉挛、面肌抽搐、肌纤维抽搐、口-下颌综合征等其他面部运动障碍者 2.治疗期间没有接受过其他治疗方法以及相关药物治疗; 3.有动静脉畸形、动脉瘤等明确病因的继发性面肌痉挛者; 4.对研究药物有过敏史,合并凝血功能障碍患者; 5.合并严重心、肝、肾等疾病,妊娠及哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Other facial movement disorders such as blepharospasm, facial tics, myoclonus, oromandibular dystonia, etc.; 2.Individuals who have not received any other treatment methods or medication during the course of treatment; 3.Secondary hemifacial spasm patients with clear causes such as vascular malformations, arteriovenous malformations, aneurysms, etc.; 4.Patients with a history of allergy to the study drug or with coagulation disorders; 5.Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, or other diseases, as well as pregnant and lactating women.

参照普通高等教育“十五”国家级规划教材《神经病学》第五版(王维治主编,人民卫生出版社)拟定。1.多于中年以后发病;2.抽搐多从眼轮匝肌开始,可扩散至面颊肌、口轮匝肌甚至颈肌;3.抽搐程度不等,紧张劳累后加重,入睡时停止,不可自行控制;4.神经系统无阳性体征,头颅CT、MRI除外肿瘤等疾病

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Based on the national-level planning textbook for higher education 'Neurology' (5th edition, edited by Wang Weizhi, People's Health Publishing House), it is proposed that: 1. The onset is more common after middle age; 2. The spasms often start from the orbicularis oculi and may spread to the facial muscles, orbicularis oris, and even the neck muscles; 3. The severity of the spasms varies, worsens with stress and fatigue, stops upon falling asleep, and cannot be controlled voluntarily; 4. There are no positive signs in the nervous system, and head CT and MRI exclude tumors and other diseases.
