探讨前锯肌平面阻滞中加入不同剂量的艾司氯胺酮对合并冠心病的肺癌患者镇痛效果及心肌保护效果  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the analgesic and myocardial protection effects of different doses of esketamine added to the serratus anterior plane block on lung cancer patients with coronary heart disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)已知对艾司氯胺酮及其它本研究用药过敏者；(2)近三个月发生心绞痛及严重心力衰竭者;(3)术前合并有严重的肝、肾或代谢性疾病者；(4)存在窦性心动过缓、心脏传导系统传导阻滞者;(5)严重电解质紊乱及酸碱失衡者；(6)长期应用镇静类或精神类药物者;(7)术中出血量>800ml，超过循环血量的20％排除;(8)不愿接受本实验操作者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals who are known to be allergic to ketamine and other medications used in this study; (2) Individuals who have experienced angina and severe heart failure in the past three months; (3) Patients with severe liver, kidney or metabolic diseases before surgery; (4) Patients with sinus bradycardia and cardiac conduction system block; (5) Severe electrolyte imbalance and acid-base imbalance; (6) Long term use of sedative or psychiatric drugs; (7) Intraoperative bleeding volume>800ml, excluding cases exceeding 20% of circulating blood volume; (8) Not willing to accept the operator of this experiment.
