本课题拟采用临床脓毒症患者血液样本阐述不同中性粒细胞亚群的不同数量和分化功能,研究CD16highCD62Llow和CD66b+CD10-中性粒细胞亚群与脓毒症患者的诊断、预后的相关性,以及CD16highCD62Llow和CD66b+CD10+中性粒细胞亚群通脓毒症患者免疫抑制中对Treg细胞和单核/巨噬细胞调控的机制，为临床诊断、治疗脓毒症提供新的靶点和思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to find out the quantity and function of different subsets of neutrophils in sepsis patients: 1. The early detection and prognosis of CD16highCD62Llow and CD66b+CD10-in sepsis; 2. The effects of CD16highCD62Llow and CD66b+CD10- on immunosystem.
