研究目的:

目前电焊工尘肺的确诊必须依赖于综合临床-影像-病理学的诊断,而其中影像学仅局限于高分辨CT特征研究。为了提高疾病的早期诊断率,避免患者接受不必要的诊疗,探究一种新的能够进一步鉴别AWP的影像学手段显得尤为重要。能谱CT基物质分离(MD)技术目前在临床上已经得到了广泛应用,我们试想通过将指定基物质(铁)从肺组织内提取并量化,有可能对AWP的早期诊断起到关键性的帮助。  

Objectives of Study:

At present, the diagnosis of welder's pneumoconiosis must rely on comprehensive clinical-imaging-pathological diagnosis, and imaging is limited to the study of high-resolution CT features. In order to improve the early diagnosis rate of the disease and avoid unnecessary diagnosis and treatment of patients, it is particularly important to explore a new imaging method that can further identify AWP. Spectroscopic CT-based material separation (MD) technology has been widely used in clinical practice, and we think that the extraction and quantification of the specified base material (iron) from lung tissue may play a key role in the early diagnosis of AWP.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1、其他粉尘类职业病史;2、肺内出现大量其他影像特征的患者,干扰主要病灶区域识别,比如肺炎、间质性肺病变,胸腔积液等等;3、不能配合完成CT检查或图像质量不能达标的。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Other dust occupational history; 2. Patients with a large number of other imaging features in the lungs, which interfere with the identification of major lesions, such as pneumonia, interstitial lung lesions, pleural effusion, etc.; 3. Unable to cooperate with the completion of CT examination or the image quality cannot meet the standard.
