Objectives of Study：

The relationship between nutritional assessment and postoperative outcome of elderly patients with hip fracture was reviewed and analyzed to provide theoretical reference for improving the quality of life of elderly patients with hip fracture

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.慢性肝肾功能不全者； 2.免疫或代谢性疾病（恶行肿瘤，甲亢、糖尿病血糖控制不佳合并并发症）； 3.半年内手术史； 4.长期留置胃管或肠外营养者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Chronic hepatic and renal insufficiency; 2. Immune or metabolic diseases (malignant tumors, hyperthyroidism, diabetes with poor blood sugar control and complications); 3. Surgical history within the past six months; 4. Long-term indwelling of gastric tube or parenteral nutrition
