研究目的：

该项目的总体目标是建立预防ESD术后食管狭窄的自控式水囊系统，并与支架治疗进行对比，有望取得比既往方法更优的疗效，最终解决ESD术后食管狭窄这一长期以来困扰食管内镜微创治疗技术推广的瓶颈和难题，取得较好的经济学和社会学效益。

Objectives of Study：

The overall goal of this project is to establish a self-controlled water bladder system for the prevention of esophageal stricture after ESD surgery, and compare it with stent therapy, which is expected to achieve better efficacy than previous methods, and finally solve the bottleneck and problem that has long plagued the promotion of esophageal endoscopic minimally invasive treatment technology after ESD surgery, and achieve good economic and sociological benefits.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）小于18岁或大于75周岁 2）心肺功能不全不能耐受全身麻醉患者； 3）出凝血功能异常患者； 4）骨质疏松患者； 5）免疫功能不全的患者； 6）激素使用禁忌症患者：活动期消化性溃疡，骨折、创伤修复期，严重高血压、糖尿病，未控制的严重感染，肾上腺皮质功能亢进等； 7）无法签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Less than 18 years old or more than 75 years old 2) Patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency who cannot tolerate general anesthesia; 3) Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 4) Patients with osteoporosis; 5) Immunocompromised patients. 6) Patients with contraindications to glucocorticoid use: active peptic ulcer, fracture, trauma repair, severe hypertension, diabetes, uncontrolled severe infection, and adrenocortical hyperfunction; 7) Unable to sign informed consent form.

Consecutively numbered opaque envelopes containing the hidden option contained treatment options derived from computer-generated random numbers. The physicians who assessed the results were blinded to the group assignment. After assessing eligibility for endoscopy and subsequently obtaining informed consent, patients were randomized.
