01了解直肠感觉异常对排便障碍造成的影响; 02探索直肠感觉异常患者的潜在的神经机制； 03分析磁刺激治疗后直肠感觉和神经传导通路的表现。  

Objectives of Study：

01 To understand the effect of rectal paresthesia on defecation disorders; 02 Explore the potential neural mechanism of rectal paresthesia; 03 To analyze the performance of rectal sensory and nerve conduction pathways after magnetic stimulation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

体内有长期植入金属和电子仪器患者; 合并有心脑血管、肝、肾、呼吸系统和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，其他部位恶性肿瘤和/或其他进行性基础疾病患者; 妊娠、哺乳期妇女以及育龄期妇女; 合并有严重精神心理疾病患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with long-term implantation of metal and electronic instruments; Patients with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, respiratory system and hematopoietic system, malignant tumors of other parts and/or other progressive underlying diseases; Pregnant, lactating and women of childbearing age; Patients with severe mental and psychological illness

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确，清新地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同盛出或记录介所上，妥善保存，防止报坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the data were timely, complete, correct, and fresh entered into the case report form. The corresponding database system was used for double entry, and then the database was compared twice. Electronic data files are kept in a classified manner, and there are multiple copies stored in different storage or recording media, properly stored to prevent damage.
