研究目的：

探讨腰椎滑脱复位内固定手术中应用滑轨式椎间撑开器的可行性和有效性，临床观察其对腰椎滑脱的治疗效果。本课题通过观察腰椎滑脱患者在腰椎滑脱复位内固定手术中应用滑轨式椎间撑开器的疗效，明确滑轨式椎间撑开器对腰椎滑脱的治疗作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was designed to investigate the clinical significance of ball-point slide-type interbody distractor in posterior reduction and internal fixation for mid and high-grade isthmic spondylolisthesis. The clinical and radiologic effects were analyzed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

⑴曾患神经系统疾病并遗留神经功能障碍患者；⑵严重心、脑、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能障碍患者；⑶有明显智力障碍、精神异常或因合并其他疾病不能合作患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Diseases of the nervous system and neurological disorders; the serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction; obvious mental retardation, mental disorders or other disease patients can not cooperate with.
