研究目的：

主要目的： 通过使用动态血糖监测系统（CGMS）和自我血糖监测（SMBG）来确定平均血糖和空腹血糖、餐后血糖与HbA1c水平的相关性研究。 次要目的： a.细化目前的糖尿病诊断标准中有关HbA1c与平均血糖的一致性问题，确立HbA1c与平均血糖、空腹血糖和餐后血糖的准确数值，以便指导临床医生制定个体化的治疗方案； b.通过建立个体化的血糖监测方案和目标，减少低血糖的发生风险，减少血糖波动，降低成本； c.指导患者进行自我血糖监测和护理，加强患者的自我血糖管理水平  

Objectives of Study：

Main Objective: The correlation between average blood glucose and fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c levels was determined by using the Dynamic Blood glucose Monitoring System (CGMS) and Self Blood Glucose Monitoring (SMBG). Secondary Objectives: 1. Refine the current diagnostic criteria for diabetes in the consistency issues of HbA1c and the average blood glucose. Establish accurate values of HbA1c, average blood glucose, fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose in order to guide the clinicians to develop individualized treatment programs; 2. Reduce the risk of hypoglycemia and blood glucose fluctuations and reduce costs as well through the establishment of individualized blood glucose monitoring programs and targets; 3. Guide patients to achieve self-blood glucose monitoring and care and strengthen patient's self-blood glucose management level.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

对于合格受试者，所有排除标准回答必须为“否”
1.有生育能力的女性在妊娠期、哺乳期或计划怀孕，或未采取充分的避孕措施（绝育、宫内避孕器、口服避孕药）；
2.试验期间可能发生任何引起血糖重大变化的情况，如激素治疗、感染、手术或外伤等；
3. 可能影响HbA1c与平均血糖之间的疾病或治疗，如贫血（红细 胞比容，男性<39%,女性<36%）、高红细胞周转率（网状细胞过多症）、失血和、或输血、慢性肾脏或肝脏疾病、大剂量维生素C或红细胞生成素治疗等；
4. 经研究者判断，患有精神障碍，不愿意或由于言语障碍不能充分理解或合作的受试者；
5.经研究者判断，可能危及到受试者安全，影响方案依从性或试验结果评价的任何其它情况

Exclusion criteria：

For eligible subjects, all negative criteria must be "no"
1. Fertility of women in pregnancy, lactation or planned pregnancy or did not take adequate contraceptive measures (sterilization, intrauterine contraceptives, oral contraceptives);
2. There may be any significant changes in blood glucose during the trial, such as hormone therapy, infection, surgery or trauma;
3. There may be any disease or treatment may affect HbA1c and average blood glucose, such as anemia (hematocrit, male <39%, female <36%), high erythrocyte turnover (reticulosis), blood loss or Blood transfusion, chronic kidney or liver disease, high-dose vitamin C or erythropoietin treatment;
4. A subject judged by a researcher who is mentally retarded, unwilling or unable to fully understand or cooperate due to speech disorder;
5. Any other circumstances judged by the investigator that may endanger the safety of the subject and affect program compliance or test results.
