研究目的：

探究种植二期术后种植体周软组织高度的变化趋势；探究种植体-基台界面、手术切口及牙龈厚度对种植体周软组织愈合的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the changing trend of the height of the soft tissue around the implant after the second stage of implantation; to explore the influence of the implant-abutment interface, surgical incision and gingival thickness on the healing of the soft tissue around the implant.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、愈合过程中骨结合失败； 2、正在接受牙周系统治疗； 3、口腔卫生较差者； 4、系统性基础疾病控制不佳、全身健康状况不佳者； 5、重度吸烟（>10支/天）、酗酒（饮酒量>50克/天或>280克/周）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Osseointegration failure during healing; 2. Receiving periodontal system treatment; 3. Those with poor oral hygiene; 4. Those with poor control of systemic underlying diseases and poor general health status; 5. Heavy smoking (>10 cigarettes/day), alcohol abuse (alcohol consumption> 50 g/day or >280 g/week)
