进一步寻求正常TSH值中的最佳调控水平从而为临床医师治疗妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To further seek the optimal control level of normal TSH value so as to provide a basis for clinicians to treat patients with subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）既往有甲状腺疾病史。（2）既往有自身免疫性疾病。（3）既往有心血管疾病、肝脏疾病、肾脏疾病。（4）妊娠后丢失随访。（5）妊娠前合并任何可能干扰此次实验的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of thyroid disease. (2) Previous autoimmune diseases. (3) History of cardiovascular disease, liver disease, and kidney disease. (4) Loss of follow-up after pregnancy. (5) Any diseases that may interfere with the experiment before pregnancy.
