研究目的：

1.基于有限元分析和渐进结构优化技术的踝足矫形器增材制造的可行性；2.优化踝足矫形器的结构设计；3.寻找合适的打印材料；4.评估临床效果，最终实现为患者穿戴“漂亮的鞋子”。  

Objectives of Study：

The goals of this study were to investigate the feasibility of patient specific ankle-foot orthoses fabricated using AM techniques based on the finite element analysis (FEA) and evolutionary structural optimization (ESO) techniques, and to optimize structural design, identify appropriate printing materials, evaluate clinical performance, and eventually to make it possible for stroke patients with hemiplegic gait to wear beautiful shoes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

下肢存在严重疼痛不能完成治疗；存在严重认知或心理障碍；下肢存在严重痉挛，改良Ashworth分级Ⅲ级以上；生命体征不平稳。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) suffered from serious pain in the lower limbs;
(2) had serious cognitive or psychological barriers;
(3) suffered from serious spasm in their lower limbs (Lower limb spasticity > 3 on the Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS));
(4) had unstable medical condition.
