对比聚桂醇局部注射治疗口腔黏液囊肿和手术切除口腔黏液囊肿的有效及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the effectiveness and safety of local injection of lauromacrogol in the treatment of oral mucocele and surgical resection of oral mucocele.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 同时伴有其他口腔黏膜疾病，如扁平苔藓、口腔黏膜下纤维化、灼口综合征等的患者。 2. 有治疗禁忌症的患者，如伴有急性重症心脏病、心内膜炎、心肌炎、心力衰竭、未经控制的高血压、未经控制的糖尿病、发热等的患者。 3. 患者不愿参与研究，不能配合治疗或不能参加随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with oral mucosal diseases such as lichen planus, submucosal fibrosis, burning mouth syndrome, etc. 2. Patients with contraindications for treatment, such as acute severe heart diseases, endocarditis, myocarditis, heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes, fever, etc. 3. Patients were unwilling to be enrolled in the study, could not cooperate with treatment or could not attend follow-up.

对于小唾液腺黏液囊肿，将1%聚桂醇注射到囊肿腔内和囊肿的基底部，对于舌下腺囊肿，仅将硬化剂注射到囊肿腔内。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：主观评估-医生观察患者病变是否消失，原病变附近黏膜组织是否有其他异常；询问患者本人及其家属获取患者主观症状体征是否有所改善。客观评估：对于较大的黏液囊肿，如舌下腺囊肿，除主观评估外，采用B超做术前术后对比，检查病变是否消退。 数据管理：所有采集到的数据均上传武汉大学口腔医院门诊电子病历系统进行统一管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: subjective evaluation - doctors observe whether the patient's lesion has disappeared and whether there are other abnormalities in the tissue near the original lesion; Ask the patient and their families if there has been any improvement in their subjective symptoms and signs. Objective evaluation: For larger mucocele, such as ranula, in addition to subjective evaluation, B-ultrasound is used for preoperative and postoperative comparison to check whether the lesion has subsided. Data management: All collected data is uploaded to the outpatient electronic medical record system in Hospital of Stomatology ,Wuhan University for unified management.
