通过前瞻性随机对照研究，分析对于TG13Ⅱ级急性胆囊炎患者何种外科干预模式更安全、有效且经济。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the patients with TG13 grade II acute cholecystitis, which surgical intervention is more safe, effective and economic by the prospective randomized controlled study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、TG13Ⅰ级急性胆囊炎。2、TG13 Ⅲ级急性胆囊炎。3、合并麻醉危险性极大者（麻醉ASA Ⅳ级或以上）。4、合并严重内科基础病且药物控制不良者。5、大于等于70岁的高龄患者。6、有上腹部开腹手术病史。7、不同意进入研究试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. combined significantly high risk of anesthesia (ASA IV or above);
2. Combination of serious internal medicine disease and with poor drug control;
3. Have a history of upper abdominal surgery;
4. Do not agree to participate in the study.
